Guests may reschedule or cancel any appointment up to 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. In the event that an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the guest's reserved credit card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy includes no-shows as well.
A 15 minute grace period is permitted to all clients. We will strive to accommodate all guests. However, Moxie retains the right to reschedule any client who arrives 15 minutes or later after their scheduled appointment. Please understand this policy serves to accommodate clients' schedules throughout the day, so the stylists do not run late for other scheduled appointments.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Although we do not offer refunds on services rendered, we will do everything in our power to correct any issue that may arise within two weeks of the original service.
